So here is how you report:
1.)Must have a valid/correct username
2.)Must provide proof. A video, screenshot, or a 15 user petition is enough to show.
3.)Others must report them. If you are the only one reporting someone, you must prove you and them were alone on the server. Once again, a video or screenshot is needed.
4.)Tell an admin or mod IMMEDIATELY. As soon as you see one on the forums/server/other server, tell them in a PM or something.
That's how you report someone. Here's an example:
Title: "HAER FOUND. PLZ BAN"
Body:"I found a hacker. His name is Iaman8yrold. He was using fly hax and was block glitching. Plz ban him. Here is some proof: (Screenshot)(Youtube video he was making). Plz ban him. Here is also a petition:
